Meet Michelle Vande Hey
I never thought I would suffer from depression, let alone, anxiety, and PTSD. After losing my son when he was 12 weeks old, I was in denial about my mental health.
I had to accept my new reality, allow myself to express my feelings , and finally humble myself to ask for help. I knew I couldn’t get out of the darkness alone.
It took time; it took perseverance. It was worth it. I have been divinely put in this place at this moment with this purpose. To women fight depression, heal their bodies and reclaim their lives after losing a child.
You might think you will never feel like yourself again. And you’re right, BUT you can learn to embrace your new identity. You can love yourself again, feel healthy, and spark joy in your life again.
